Abstract
The purpose this study is to investigate how service quality of welfare service agencies for women are being perceived by service providers and users, ultimately helping helping improve that quality, For this, 210 providers of welfare services agencies for women and users 513 patients for survey research methods were used, how service providers and users are perceiving the service quality of the above agencies in accordance with its factors was examined to find that the quality as a whole is being perceived lower both the groups than they expected, In other words, welfare service agencies for women are proving low-quality services, There was some difference between the of welfare services for women that both the groups expected before using the services and perceived after using them, Currently, anyhow, the entire quality of those services is lower than its importance in many respects, Therefore, it is urgent that welfare service agencies for women should try to raise the degree to which all of their services are perceived, lf mutual relations between service providers and users are profoundly analyzed and then both the groups understand their difference in the viewpoint and perception of welfare services for women to reach a consensus, it could bring the service quality to be improved.
